		Prof. em. Dr. (Emeritus Professor) Harro Heuser (chairperson of the board) was professor of mathematics at the University of Karlsruhe. Author of numerous textbooks. Journalistically active in cultural history subjects. Talks on history of science subjects on radio and television.
		Konrad Müller was head of personnel and administrative duties of the EMBL (European Molecular Biology Laboratory). Currently, he is secretary general of ELSO (European Life Scientist Organization), located in the Villa Bosch in Heidelberg.
		Dr. h.c. Dipl. rer. oec. Holger Reichardt was active for a long time in different international executive positions at IBM. Afterwards he was a member of the executive board of the Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG for marketing, distribution and service.
		Prof. Dr. med. Jochen Tröger is medical director of the department of pediatric radiology at the University of Heidelberg and has been vice-rector for research and structure of the medical institutions at the university since 1999.
